Juneau Excursion Check-in Time

I’m trying to book a whale watching and Mendenhall Glacier excursion through a private company in Juneau. According to the itinerary we dock at 12 noon. Is it feasible for us to make a 12:30 pm check-in time for our excursion? Thanks for your help!

We are currently on Radiance in Alaska and have arrived in port early every day so far.

Don’t book with Evergreen in Juneau as they didn’t turn up!! [emoji36]🤯🤬

I was on Celebrity rather than my usual Royal last week. Royal was on the same dock. We docked at 9:00 and had MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME to walk down the dock to meet for the 10:00 am tour. I used Alaska Shore Excursions for the same excursion.
