Club HAL pre-registration

With the changes to the website, the link from this page to preteen "registration information" is broken.

Does anyone know how to do it in advance, and is it really advantageous vs. doing it once on board? In other words, do they ask questions that I am going to have to dig in the filing cabinet to find the answers to (dates of immunizations, etc.) or is it stuff I can do off the top of my head once there? Thanks for any info.

It’s a really simple form. It’s just pertinent personal information/who will have permission to sign in/out. Nor thing special that I remember.

 

We alsways go on the first day to register them/meet the staff and see the rooms.
