Does carnival still sell the booklets of drink vouchers? Are they a good deal?

No, they do not sell drink vouchers.

 

There is the Cheers package which includes almost everything. There is a soda package "bubbles", which includes soda an juice. There is a "Cruise the vineyards" package where you purchase a number of bottles of wine at a somewhat discounted price. They also sell bottled water (which is not allowed to be carried onto the ship), that would be delivered to your cabin, as well as bottles of alcohol. These can be found and purchase through the "Funshops" pre-cruise, or during the cruise. The details of all these packages are described on the Carnival site. Whether they are a good deal would depend on your needs.

 

You are also allowed to bring onboard on embarkation day one 750 ml. bottle of wine for each adult and 12 pop or other drinks in cans or cartons (no bottles).
