cathep Posted June 17, 2018 #1 Share Posted June 17, 2018 (edited) We currently have the 2-bedroom Grand Suite booked on the Seaside. It comes with the Aurea experience. I keep reading about how incredible the Yacht Club experience is, but that isn't an option for us on this cruise. What matters to us is the thermal suites access, the anytime dining option, and the drinks which we'll upgrade to deluxe. The separate Aurea bar appeals for the uncrowded bar and quiet location. We don't use pools on cruise ships, so the separate YC pool wouldn't matter to us. We've had priority boarding on prior cruises, but we didn't use it. So I don't think that will matter to us. Aurea seems to provide what we need. But am I missing something that Yacht Club gives that we'd be missing? Edited June 17, 2018 by cathep
DMH15 Posted June 17, 2018 #2 Share Posted June 17, 2018 I too looked at both and today chose to book YC. As a foodie I prefer the elevated YC dining which is like Epic Club on NCL Epic. I also like the look of the YC complex, which is like the NCL Haven. The Top Sail Bar area looks great. Although I too do not use the pool very much I do enjoy a little outside lounging and dining. Plus, YC gives Thermal Suite Access and unlimited beverages. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
