Rare ggo85 Posted June 25, 2018 #1 Share Posted June 25, 2018 Any suggestions for something to do on our own in Liverpool that does not involve the Beatles and can be done walking or via cab? Also, understanding that British Isles weather is always unpredictable, what do you suggest for touring? Will pants/jeans, a shirt and a lightweight rain jacket do it most days? dutchclogs Posted June 27, 2018 #2 Share Posted June 27, 2018 Albert Dock is within walking distance and has Tate Modern art gallery and other museums. There is a HOHO bus (I have not done personally). You can also walk into town and take guided walks or go shopping -- I was crew returning laden with goodies. marchie1053 Posted June 28, 2018 #4 Share Posted June 28, 2018 Liverpool Anthem is 'You'll Never Walk Alone' so it's difficult to 'Liverpool on your own' :)
