gregandamy Posted January 5, 2006 #3 Share Posted January 5, 2006 Congratulations, which sailing? Answers, as best as I can give. 1) Yes, but you still have to pay for access and I belive it's in limited areas. 2) No idea. 3) Don't believe so, you should be able to get at The java Cafe. 4) You'll get them soon enough from other posters, or use the search feature. 5) Yes, they ususally let a whole group through express embarkation, even though they're not all in the same room. Hope this helps.
matt690 Posted January 5, 2006 #4 Share Posted January 5, 2006 How do upsells work? How do they choose? Is it a lot mroe money to add? If someone is upgraded (upsell) and had an oceanview room, and soemone else had a balcony... would the person with the balcony pay less?

kannruss Posted January 5, 2006 #13 Share Posted January 5, 2006 Wow that sounds like a really good deal - $500 more to an owner's suite! I'm on the Dream and leave in 2 days, got an AWESOME deal on the outside and never got an upsell but I plan to look into this when I go on the Star or Jewel hopefully in the next year. Enjoy yourself!
skeeter195 Posted January 5, 2006 #14 Share Posted January 5, 2006 The limits on the tables will most likely be one or two $5-300, one $25-1000 and a $100-3000 on request. If you want higher call before you go and set it up, they will be more than happy to accomodate. Also make sure you get a players card and if you play high enough you will get comped well. I never paid for a drink in the casino, I even tried to buy a round for my tablemates and even that was comped. I am being comped comped an AB suite on the Jewel this month and had over $900 paid off on my account on my last cruise before we left the ship. I played about 15 hours for the week and never made over a $1000 bet. VIP tender tickets for my party were given to me when needed. I also had everyone in my party(14) VIP disembark with me the last day. The casino perks are very nice if you play enough.

We are staying in a courtyard villa in a few months. I saw what you wrote about the aa and getting the 3 liter perk. Are there perks I should be aware of in the villa? Thanks so much! BIG GUY54 Posted January 9, 2006 Author #18 Share Posted January 9, 2006 Thanks for your help, I can't wait to go this week is going to very long. If you have any more help for the OS please let me know. Is it easy to find the suite line at the pier? And will we be able to bring our friends in the line?
