sun promenade views

Trying to figure out the window/port holes on deck 6 (promenade) on the sun. Are they windows or portholes and do you look out over open water or on to the jogging track? It looks like you might look out on to the deck and then have to look through openings in the side to actually see the sea, is this correct?

If you're in that front section that is kind of by itself, you're correct. They are windows, and you can see the ocean through the hole on the other side of the track. I found a picture on line of the view several months ago, so it's out there if you want to dig.
