What to do for a few hours in Grand Cayman?

Hi all,

We'll be in Grand Cayman next week from 10a-6p for a day. We'll be diving from 11a-2p, and trying to figure out something to do with our afternoon. Not really interested in a beach club, shopping, or super touristy spots. Any recommendations of something unique to do for a couple of hours in the afternoon? Thanks!

I had suggested snorkeling near the pier in that thread, but since you are diving earlier, that may not be of interest.
