see sic Posted January 5, 2006 #1 Share Posted January 5, 2006 I just got off the phone with an RSSC agent. (She was very rude and curt with me, so I got scared and hung up quickly and I'm coming to you folks) . Wish I remembered her name.... I was having trouble accessing the information regarding the silver, gold and platinum level benefits (platinum for me---yeah right---as if) in my computer at work. Anyway, am I correct to assume that the number of nights I have sailed are "Accumulated Lifetime Nights"? Do all my past sailings (which add up to 32 nights) mean I am a silver status already?, or do the nights not begin to add up until the program begins in April 2006? Thanks, see sic
Iamboatman Posted January 5, 2006 #2 Share Posted January 5, 2006 You total nights sailed count. Only the program's "benefits" won't start until April. You should be receiving a mailing from RSSC stating what tier their records show you to be in. If you have a problem with the accounting (and I am sure there will be some problems), that is the time to address it.
petlover Posted January 5, 2006 #3 Share Posted January 5, 2006 So far I only know one person who has actually received their letter....maybe more will be arriving today?? From what I understand nights cruised is now PER INDIVIDUAL, not per couple (nights doubled) as previously. The letter is suppose to list the total nights so you can review and make sure it's correct. Here is the Tier Program for those having trouble accessing it through the RSSC link. see sic Posted January 5, 2006 Author #4 Share Posted January 5, 2006 I appreciate it Marcie, thanks! (From your posts, you seem so nice and friendly--I hope I run across you on a future RSSC cruise) Regards, see sic (Randy)

Here is the Tier Program for those having trouble accessing it through the RSSC link. about the nights being per person, not summed. However, that means they'd better give my wife and I each an hour of phone time (looks like we'll be Silver). And, of course, we expect double unlimited Internet access! and two votes on the advisory board!
CruiserPK Posted January 6, 2006 #6 Share Posted January 6, 2006 Scott, Glad you did not leave out the nights on the advisory board! Cheers, Pam PS Those are the most important point to Tom and myself
dougburns Posted January 6, 2006 #7 Share Posted January 6, 2006 Received our letter today and the # of nights was correct. They addressed it to Lynn, even though I make all the reservations and pay all of the bills. We're Gold, but won't reach Platinum until near the end of the year. Charsie Posted January 6, 2006 #8 Share Posted January 6, 2006 Individual, it wouldn't make any sense any other way. I don't always cruise with my husband. We're both Silver, but I've sailed more often with Radisson (on "girls cruises", which, by the way, are a lot of fun!) and have more nights than Mike does. Portolan Posted January 7, 2006 #9 Share Posted January 7, 2006 Scott, Glad you did not leave out the nights on the advisory board!Cheers, Pam PS Those are the most important point to Tom and myself however, I now see the fine print says "one hour of complimentary phone time per suite" We'll still be on the Monte Carlo to Athens cruise though!
