Best place to relax for a few hours around Port Canaveral?

hi there. With our flights and commute we should arrive at Port Canaveral around 9am. Our checkin time is 1pm. Any tips or recommendations of places to relax in that area for about four hours? Thanks

The pier is worth a visit for sure.

The Cocoa Beach Pier is great but keep in mind you have to pay for parking (assuming you have a car). You can have breakfast there and afterwards go to Ron Jon to snoop around and shop! Otherwise let Uber drop you there.

 

You can also do breakfast at Grills at the Port or at the Southern Charm Café (perhaps the best breakfast in the area?)

Been there twice and never paid for parking. In fact, didn't see any place telling you parking isn't free. Was there last fall...EM

Then you did not go to the Cocoa Beach Pier! Unless you parked far away where you really should not or arrived after 4pm!

Agree with Cocoa Beach Pier. Jetty Park is also right there by the port and has a nice beach. Cherry Down Park has free parking but it fills up fast.
