Norwegian Sky aft balcony B1 questions

Hi, my family and I are going on Norwegian Sky in Aug. We were upgraded from a BB balcony forward of the ship to a B1 aft facing balcony. We're wondering if we made the right choice in doing so????

 

Questions between the 2...

 

1-Why is this considered an upgrade?

2-I read that its hotter, no breeze in aft, is that true?

3-I read that it has less privacy because people above can look down at us, is this true?

4-Does the aft truly rock much more vs the front?

5-I read that the rooms, showers were smaller, is that true?
