Port Canaveral Prices ?

Looking at cruises for next summer, why are cruises out of PC more expensive than Port Everglades? I can do an 8 day cruise on the Magic out of PE for cheaper than a 7 day on the Breeze (both eastern Caribbean)

Supply and demand...more cruises out of S FL and PC has the allure of WDW and Universal as pre or post cruise vacation additions. PC is a very popular port to sail from.

It's all about the fairly close proximity of the rat.

I believe that location is in demand because it is a convenient location for people who drive there. It's easy to park, conveniently located near central Florida and surrounding states. I would much rather sail from PC but because of the price we never do.

when flying consider the cost of the transportation from airport to cruiseport. Is very pricey when you look at pricing from POM< OR FLL
