IF there is room, and that means both room in your cabin/suite (are 3 allowed?) AND are there still lifeboat spots available in your muster section.

 

Waiting until almost last minute runs that risk of space in your cabin/suite, but no lifeboat space remaining.

Can you? Yes

 

May you? It depends on a number of factors such as the available spaces in the lifeboats for your muster area. Even if you are in a cabin rated at three, while you CAN add a third person to that cabin, you MAY not be able to if lifeboat capacity has been reached.
