French Language phrase guide

I usually take a little "cheat sheet" like the one on http://www.single-serving.com when I visit a non-English speaking country. Most places I've been speak English to some degree, but I always try to try a little of the local language to be friendly. Do you think I need more than just this little guide to get through the Cook Islands travel?
