beautifulcruiser1 Posted August 10, 2018 #1 Share Posted August 10, 2018 We are doing a family cruise with our kids and some extended family on Emerald Princess and we booked the Family Suite. I read that we get the same perks as full-suite guests. Is that true? What kind of amenities are provided to suite/family suite guests? Has anyone had experience with the family suite? Thoughts/suggestions? Any information is welcome. Thank you!
fishywood Posted August 10, 2018 #2 Share Posted August 10, 2018 I encourage you to ask any further question on the Princess board: https://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=197 ...but I won't leave you hanging here with no answer at all List of Princess Full Suite amenities: https://www.princess.com/downloads/pdf/ships/PrincessSuite_eFlyer.pdf Yes you officially get them all including Club Class Dining and the Specialty Dining Breakfast for everyone even though the Family Suite is not laid out like a true "Suite". It has one bedroom with a queen size bed and a larger bathroom as found in a Princess Mini-Suite. Second bedroom has two uppers and two lowers and the standard tiny bathroom with shower only. So you may have to press your steward for sufficient upgraded bathroom amenities for your entire party. Sitting area is supposed to have two sofa beds; if you plan to use them both for sleeping immediately check that they have not substituted a regular non-sleeper sofa for one or both, which was recently reported on the Princess board.
