Plane delay, need excursion

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think Delta lounges are available (at least for free) to domestic flight first class passengers.

 

You are correct. I keep forgetting they keep changing the rules.

 

I'll just use my Platinum Delta SkyMiles card. Only $30, cheaper than an excursion.

 

Kinda dumb on Delta's part. $30 compared to a first class ticket.

TY for that suggestion. It appears Delta removed my original flight & the later flight is the only non-stop. We are going back to Boston in Feb & i try to avoid stops. Guess we will just try to enjoy the day in Ft Lauderdale rather than some northeastern airport!

RC has a bus tour/intercostal boat ride that looks interesting.

 

Funny you should mention that. It seems Delta has cut back to one non-stop per day back to Boston at least for January and February. Can't even do a one stop with better timing.

 

Right after I saw your post we got bumped to the same time on January 19th. Right now I'm thinking of upgrading to first class and sitting in the lounge all day!

Did your flight get changed again? We received an email that it is changed yet again to 4:00pm! Guess they can't make up their mind. Hopefully it changes back again!
