I have never seen any chairs or loungers in these areas, but I have only been on 22 cruises on Carnival so that doesn’t amount to much time wise considering there are now 26 ships sailing 365 days a year.They call them that because 99 percent of the cruisers don't know they are there. Secret does not mean "no one would know", it means a select number would know. I know. They have comfortable seating and they are quite secret and AWESOME, and give you a chance to become more intimately acquainted with the other select few who know.
