Ultimate romance package

Hi, we purchased the ultimate romance package for our upcoming cruise on Sept 23. I was wondering if anyone knew how long it took to receive the email to book the items in the package? I tried calling NCL and they keep saying give it some more time. How much time is enough?? It's been nearly a month and no email.

I never got a email and I sail in 3 days and booked 6 months ago.

They say it will be delivered on the first day of the sailing so i'm guessing it will be vouchers of some sort and you have to book once on board.

We had a daughter book one for our Golden Wedding Anniversary; the first thing we knew was when we got in the cabin on embarkation there were red roses etc in the cabin. Anything we needed to book had information in the cabin too.
