kitty9 Posted January 9, 2006 #2 Share Posted January 9, 2006 Most cruises to Alaska start or end in Vancouver/Sitka/Anchorage and the major airlines serve those places, so the airlines are all accessible. The only planes that might not be that simple for a wheelchair person are those flight-seeing planes that do the glaciers. You get to the port from the airport either by taxi, private car (limo) or via the ship's transfer which is in a bus. The cruise line provides the transfer from the ship to the train and they are accessible. All portions of the land/sea tours are accessible.
