Venice Transfer

Hi yes there was a shuttle boat to St Marks Sq at a charge or we opted for the People mover just outside of the port gates think it was a couple of euros each this took you directly to the coach terminal only takes a few minutes from here you can catch a water bus believe from memory number one is very good it takes you via Rialto to St Marks Sq and if you are lucky to get a outside seat up front the views along the canal are fab

We had our hotel concierge arrange for a private boat to pick us up, and stop at the Danieli to pick a friend up then to the terminal. It was easy especially with luggage. There was plenty of help. When we got to the cruise terminal the QV was not in sight. Apparently due to weather it could not enter Venice, so we were bused to Trieste. We were suppose to board and use the ship as a base for travel the next day to Murano, but we got to see Trieste instead.
