jhp Posted February 12, 2006 #26 Share Posted February 12, 2006 Kathy16, the ship will dock in Papeete the night before disembarkation. Just make sure to make the ship tour desk aware of your flight arrangements for early Saturday a.m. They sometimes even take people out on a 10:30 p.m. flight on Friday night. I had to get off a Silversea ship once in Singapore for a 7 a.m. flight, and it was no problem, as we had docked the night before. They are used to planning around everything. travellgirl Posted February 12, 2006 Author #27 Share Posted February 12, 2006 Kathy, Oh yes, Tahiti sounded good before, but certainly now with this blizzard. I guess we will be seeing you on the flight. I assume you are leaving May 19?We are staying at the Intercontinental for what is left of that night before embarking the next day. kathy16 Posted February 13, 2006 #28 Share Posted February 13, 2006 Lorraine, We will be staying at the Radisson Hotel for what's left of 5/19. Are you going on a postcruise? Kathy
travellgirl Posted February 13, 2006 Author #29 Share Posted February 13, 2006 Kathy, We are staying five nights in Bora Bora post cruise and flying back home on June 1. I'm not sure if I'm looking forward to this non-stop flight or not, but it does seem like the best choice. Lorraine
