Tipping, Red Oct

We are 13 folks touring with Red Oct in Sept 06.

Would appreciate some info on tipping(our guide and driver) how much pp is normal?

An suggestion will be helpful.

It was suggested to us that 10% was appropriate, 2/3 for the guide and 1/3 for the driver.

and yes, they will gladly accept US dollars...just in case you were wondering.

I asked Red October before our trip last year and they suggested $10 per person per day for the guide, and 1/2 that for the driver.
