can I send a gift to another stateroom?

My family is going on the Dawn this week. My sister-in-law and her new fiance *just* got engaged this week, and I would love to do something special for their stateroom as a surprise for their engagement. Such as have chocolate covered strawberries and wine sent to their room for them to find when arriving. Can this be done ahead of time, preferably online? I see that I can order those items for my *own* room, but is there an option to send gifts to others? Thanks for any help and/or advice.

you can do it online. It is best to be logged out of your ncl account. on the https://www.ncl.com/onboard-gifts page you should see a send as gift button

A bit off track but......

I did this for a friend, I bought a $100.00 OBC. She was supposed to get a card in her room, saying I had done this. She didn't receive any info, and just thought it was part of the perks.

 

 

I'm sure something physical will be a better option.
