Even the agent on the phone in MSC Customer Care can't answer. I am trying to add WiFi Package to our cruise but it's not working. I can add the drinks packages, excursions etc but when I click add to cruise for Internet Package, it goes into a loop and doesn't add. The agent is having the same problem and says I have to wait until I get on board, then she quoted me a higher price that I had received before for the Package. And told me there will be "on the spot offers" when I get on board. Has anyone here had any issues securing their WiFi package or is it just as simple to wait until we board the ship?
