That's actually a cruise travel agency for people traveling with an autistic person... they will only help you if you book your cruise through them or use one of their specially staffed cruises.

Hi my adult son is not autistic but he does have brain damage. We borrow books and toys for him from the kids club, that we can use in the cabin. You could ask to do the same.
