Craps table

Does anyone know if Oasis or Jewel currently have a craps table ? Was disappointed there wasn’t one on Rhapsody!

but, if its anything like Jewel was last year and Adventure was this year, you arent going to want to play. Single odds, unless you have $25 on the line, then its double odds - why bother?

but its not like they dont make money on craps tables with standard 3-4-5 odds. Instead, regular craps players just dont play - instead of playing for 2 plus hours a night, I just dont bother. Maybe they get newbies who dont get it, but craps is sometimes intimidating for new people. On a cruise several years ago, there was one craps table open, with one half reserved for a high roller, who routinely had thousands of dollars on the board at any one time. I can guaruntee you that he wouldnt be playing at a single odds table...

I love craps, but don’t recall ever seeing better that 2X ever being offered on a ship. I think the lines don’t expect or want serious players (or the risk of potential losses ). It looks to me as if they offer casino games as just another thing onboard with a cushy profit margin. Otherwise, if they wanted to be a serious casino, they’d offer better comps - free drinks in particular - like a true casino.

Yeah, there are craps tables in the Oasis and Freedom. They're mostly dead all day except maybe 9:30-11pm. The way they pay odds is better to play the do-not-pass line, IME.
