1/2 price bottle of wine at Cucina Del Capitano?

Does anyone know if the promo for the 1/2 price bottle of wine applies to Cucina Del Capitano as well as the steak house the first and second night of the cruise? I am aware of the free bottle of wine but wondered about the 1/2 price bottle?

we did not get it on the breeze in april, BUT you do get it in the steakhouse the 1st and 2nd night!
