No Response from Carnival Excursion guarantee

I sent in the form two weeks ago and have not heard anything back (good or bad). Does anybody know how long it takes Carnival to respond? The fine print says 5 business days, but maybe they are really backed up. Does anybody have an advice on how to proceed? Should I fill out the form again?

 

This is a tender port, so I'd rather book with Carnival than the independent excursion provider.

They are supposed to respond within 48 hours. You have to have the excursion booked with Carnival first and then submit the request. Don't get too excited, we submitted a claim and the 110% guarantee turn out to be only $27 pp credit because the excursion left from the ship in Belize to a closer dock.
