Gem from NYC to Bermuda in November

Hi all,

 

 

Wife and I booked the Gem 11/10 NYC to Bermuda. Has anyone taken this trip recently? We've cruised many times but always in the summer. How differently do you pack? I'm assuming sea days aren't spent in the pool on deck in a bathing suit! :D Thanks!

For me (male) generally speaking I would bring 1 or 2 pull over fleece jackets, and a few pairs of pants. When we went in early Nov, about the same week you are going, usually the first day and a half might be a little cool outside, if the sun is out, the fleece will come off, and the same coming home, when you are about a day away from NY you might need the warmer clothes. Obviously inside the ship is all climate controlled so that is not an issue. Once in Bermuda, you are probably looking at warmer temperatures, but probably not hot. Hope this helps.

A must see is Justin Golan's shows.  He is the Piano Player/Entertainer on the NCL Gem.  SO talented, funny and involves the audience.  I haven't laughed that hard in ages.   He also has a show in NY, December 2018.
