tupperstamper Posted September 17, 2018 #1 Share Posted September 17, 2018 Downloaded my edocs yesterday. I clicked on the link to get my luggage tags and they right but when I went to print, it prints 1 page with the colored tag and another with all our cabin info. I cant get it to print it all together. Anyone else have this problem? Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
don't-use-real-name Posted September 17, 2018 #2 Share Posted September 17, 2018 Maybe that is the way NCL has set it up. When you click on the little suitcase in the middle of the Edocs your printer prints out the Luggage tags in color on a color printer otherwise black and white. The second page if there is one has nothing to do with the luggage tags ignore it or attach it to the rest of the Edocs pages. In most cases the luggage tag page as printed will have to be cut down or folded and then should be beefed up with clear wrapping tape. Secure a tag to each checked luggage piece at or near the pier. Don't put them on airline luggage causes unnecessary confusion and maybe removed to meet airline rules. Don't want to mess with the tags the porters at the pier have generic tags needing only your last name and cabin number. But simply the 2nd or more pages printed after the luggage tags are superfluous to checking the luggage. Printing TOO LARGE or too small - check the font on your printer and adjust accordingly. Maniacal Cruiser Posted September 17, 2018 #3 Share Posted September 17, 2018 I've never had that issue. How are you going about printing?
Rare shof515 Posted September 17, 2018 #4 Share Posted September 17, 2018 in the printing preferences, try changing the scale/zoom to fit to one page or try 80%

tupperstamper Posted September 17, 2018 Author #6 Share Posted September 17, 2018 For whatever reason my printer was at 175%. Once I set it to 100% it worked. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
