Hello! I will be in Cozumel next week and wanted to know how late the stores at the port stay open? I will be on the Carnival Victory. We won't arrive until 12 pm. I'm :)trying to plan a snorkeling excursion which is 3 1/2 hours long starting at 1:30. Will the stores be open after dinner? We have 1st seating at 6pm. Thank you!

Not a lot of stores will be open that late. We spent 10 days in Cozy in July. The main drag was usually closed up by 6pm except for the restaurants and bars.

Can't confirm but I do believe several stores in the Puerta Maya shopping will be open as long as there's a cruise ship in port. But that could be just the bars and the Dufry shop.

 

Beaches close around 5PM Coz time as well and pretty much all of San Miguel's Plaza shopping is shuttered.
