We generally love balcony cruises, but had a cruise certificate to use and realized we are in cabin 1298. We have cruised many lines and tend to cruise balcony. We did an inside only once and felt it was quiet and we slept well...My husband is an early riser and loves the balcony. Anyways. Has anyone cruised Magic in the lower level inside and in that range of the ship. Any advice for my husband and myself on how to locate each other if he needs to leave without me. Any commication devices recommended for keeping track of each other on this large ship?

If he leaves while you're asleep, he can leave a note!  Bring a "sticky pad"....and pen!   He can tell you where he's going, and where he'll be for the next little while!  It's not that hard to "keep track" of each other, since most of the ship is cabin space...the public places are about the same as any other ship!

We have cruised on the Dream (sister ship) on deck 1. I loved it because of the quick access from the gangway to our cabin. also some cabins have 2 bathrooms (one with toilet/sink and a shower and one with sink/bathtub ) it worked great for our family because we get ready for the evening in half the time.
