craigvphillips Posted October 17, 2018 #2 Share Posted October 17, 2018 I've sent them repeated emails trying to get the OBC for any cruise. It's like a black hole, no replies, no confirmations... *shrug*
Rare mking8288 Posted October 17, 2018 #3 Share Posted October 17, 2018 Cruise travel/bring along blank forms with you (it's just one page) - fill in the reservation # and other required details by hand (snap the image with your i/smartphone & save as PDF) - assumed you've already saved your brokerage statement with the relevant info blackout as per instructions - in PDF. Email both together to NCL's Investor's Relations (over satellite WiFi or cellular access at sea/in port) ... they typically acknowledged the same/next day with a reference number. Credit is posted usually within 24 to 48 hours and you should get an updated amenity statement emailed the following day (also, when logged into MyNCL) Of course, being a last minute submission ...
