Best Miami hotel with free cruise parking and shuttle..

Our friends are cruising out of Miami and looking for a reasonable stay/park/ride hotel near the port. Any suggestions? We normally sail outta Canaveral + stay at Ramada. Looking for something similar. TIA

La Quinta East near the MIA airport or the MIA airport Embassy Suites offer cruise parking packages including a "free" shuttle to POM.  They do not shuttle back from the port - so plan on a $30+ cab ride or about $20 for and UberX.

A better option might be to stay cheap outside of south FLA (West Palm and north on 95, or even Orlando is only about 3.5+ hours from Miami) and drive to the port the morning of the cruise.  Parking at POM is covered, convenient and secure - but costs $22/day.  Parking anywhere else in Miami will not be as convenient, will likely not be covered and for sure will not be as secure.

Thanx John, looks good. I guess real estate is at a premium in Miami, so the parking deals are few + far between. Course, I'm not tellin you anything bein from DC.
