Boarding in Manhatten

We assume you are talking about the Manhattan Cruise Terminal (on 12th Ave around 49th).  If parking at the port it is on rooftop lots that are very secure (and expensive).  The lots are open early for disembarking passengers and stay open until the ship finishes embarkation procedures.   Parking anytime after 9am will not be a problem except you will have to deal with the extra traffic from disembarking passengers.  We assume you are aware that the fees are $40 a day (up to 10 days).  For longer cruises its $400 for up to 30 days.  You actually pay (for the entire cruise) when you enter which really makes leaving when you return very fast.
