Just be aware that it does seem to work out cheaper ordering on board. Through Royal gifts it is $26 or $28 for a 12 pack vs. the $45ish for 24 that people have reported through the mini bar. It does seem to be a regular thing in both cases though.

And obviously, it is way cheaper to just bring your own on board. You do have to deal with it in you carry on and perhaps stop at a store prior to boarding the ship but it is a good option, depending on how much soda you would need during your cruise.

And I like diet Tonic soda.  Have never seen any bars on RCCL ships that have diet tonic soda for my gin & tonic drink.  Accordingly, I bring one  bottle for each cruise day in my hand carry on bags.  Never have had a problem with security.

I don’t worry about breaking even, I like the caffeine free options that Freestyle machines give. 1 cup is what 16 ounces? So I get my caffeine free choices and get 16 ounces at a time. Win for me. Yes, carrying the cup can be a pain, but I deal with it. 😁
