Oosterdam - Is the smoke heavy in the Casino?

I am about to book for January 26, 2019 on Oosterdam. One of our cabin choices is just below the entrance to the casino and the theater. I’m not concerned about the theater noise but I do worry if the casino smoke filters down the stairs? I have been on ships that this was a problem and some that you would never know it was there! 

Any help on this would be appreciated!

No problem....the Oosterdam's casino is no smoking!

Oosterdam, Westerdam, Zuiderdam, Eurodam and Nieuw Amsterdam all have non-smoking casinos.  In fact those five ships only have one small smoking area, located on Deck 9 (Lido) aft,  adjacent to the Seaview Bar.  Other than that area the ships are 100% smoke-free.  Konigsdam, Noordam and the S & R Class ships all still allow smoking in the casino, but other than that follow the same smoking protocol as the rest of the fleet.  Whether Nieuw Statendam allows smoking in the casino is as of yet unknown.
