CASPALL Posted October 29, 2018 #1 Share Posted October 29, 2018 (edited) Our cruise in January was reduced by £200 a few weeks ago so I phoned Costa and they adjusted our balance (we already paid deposit) Today I phoned Costa again as it’s time to pay the bill. We checked the price and it had gone down again by nearly £200 No problem with Costa - they gave us the cruise at the new price - no problem. We have always found Costa personal in Genoa extremely professional and very fair in dealing with it's customers, providing you clearly state your case you get a result, yes sometimes not what you wanted but always fair.
