Cuba Visa for dual stops

Cruise ships from the US have been going to Cuba for a while now, and I've never heard anyone say they needed multiple visas. IF the ship stays within the 12 mile territorial limit, wouldn't you be "entering" just once? (I don't know if the ship goes into international waters between stops, or if that makes any difference. 🙂

The mandatory Cuban visa is charged to your account and is good for the entire cruise, regardless of number of stops. Havana is a fabulous stop - wish the cruise spent two full days there - so much to see and absorb.
