Is there a private service, Uber XL or taxi what are our best chances

to head to the port.???

You're out of luck with Uber from SJU since Uber can drop off but NOT pick up there. There are some private transfer companies but you should be set with a taxi. Rates are fixed and the quoted rate cover up to 5 passenger per trip. A $3 extra SJU pickup charge plus $1 per piece of luggage applies. So assuming you all have one bag each, you should expect to pay $29 overall for the trip+ tips. Check the link below. Btw...after the cruise we are heading to my brother in laws place in isla verde for a few hours before our flight home...does Uber pick up from the cruise pier or do I need another taxi??
