Constantly have to reload a page

I read this forum mostly on my android phone.  Other forums, the pages stay in the cache of my browser, so I don't have to access the internet again to read it, if I turn my phone off. 

Cruise Critic was the same, until the so-called 'upgrade'.  Now I have to connect to the internet each time I want to read a page/thread, which is hard when you have no data, and no wifi signal in the area.
