Ultimate Abyss quick question

Can anyone verify the current height requirement for the ultimate abyss?  It seems to vary according to RC's website and RC's blog between 44 inches and 45 inches.  And then I remember seeing someones recent Symphony photos with a sticker placed over the sign that says 49 inches?

Looks like 49 inches is the current height requirement. At least according to pictures I just looked at.
