Yup. Look at Royal Caribbean's website. It's a goldmine of (often correct) information. :D Here's a link to the wine list:

This is not the entire list though. I looked at this list before I cruised on the Sovereign, and was quite disappointed with it. Once on board, I went into the dining room to get a list for my room, and it was considerably more extensive. But, I never was able to find the list on-line before I cruised. I don't know how you would find it.
