Camp Ocean "open" hours?

Can someone remind me when Camp Ocean is typically open? Is it open on both port day and sea days? Can we leave our kids on the ship and go on shore? First time cruising when we can put all of our kiddos in Camp Ocean (woot woot!) and do something together as a couple, so I can't remember the "rules". TIA

The 10am days are sea days.  The 6pm listed is drop off for kids dinner on lido, 7pm if dropping at camp.  You can leave your kids on the boat in port, but I can't tell you how that goes.  My 5 year old loved it and never wanted to leave.

camps are also closed for lunch and dinner   (which is not reflected on the above post)

We have left. the kids in the camp on a Port Day to do an excursion that was not something they would be into. On Port days they do offer lunch if your not back by then. 

 

On sea days they close at lunch but my youngest loved eating dinner with her friends instead of the long dinner in the MDR.  

 

Also the late night parties were so much fun. Both girls prefer CCL kids programs over other lines we have tried.
