MCC Retired. Thats what I want to hear. Please understand me I have never been on a ship. For me its like all this wooden ships on oceans. Thats why I am asking you if it's safe. you guys have experience and I have none. Sorry if I surprised you with my questions but thats what worries me. 

 

Like BDRebel said . Is it possible ? Yes. Anything is possible. 

     Is it likely ? I cannot think of any modern day cruise ships that sunk of weather.

 

All I want to hear is support from you that nothing like that is possible.

There's a famous video of a cruise ship which you probably have seen, which had no power during the worst conditions. It must have been unpleasant, but the ship didn't sink. If there no icebergs or bombs or rocks or other ships to sail into, I think a ship is like a rubber duck.
