Shore excursions

I am looking for a very good land tour company that does shore excursions in Monte Carlo, Florence/Pisa, Rome, and Naples/Pompeii. In particular, one that picks you up from the ship (or just outside the port gates) and of course returns you on time back to the ship. So far I have looked at Viator and Smart Cruise Tours and both have really bad online reviews. Any suggestions would be appreciated. The Oceania cruise is for Oct. 28, 2019 through Nov. 7, 2019. Thank you.
