tanjan4evr Posted December 28, 2018 #1 Share Posted December 28, 2018 I am curious if I bought a thermal pass online and found out later that I got the Spa Haven suite ( we bid on that one and a few others) which includes the thermal pass, would I be able to cancel the pass and get a refund? We are in a BA 13th floor and are happy with that if we don't get a up-bid but would like the thermal (or the Vibe) , which is really gambling for that one, it sounds like. We have been to most ports and plan on spending most time on ship, and think this would be great for us but don't want to pay double for it. I saw that you have to purchase 4 days prior to sailing, yet you might not know if your bid is accepted up to days before sailing, so am in a quandary what to do? Any help would be appreciated. thanks

barric Posted December 30, 2018 #4 Share Posted December 30, 2018 NCL told me you can only cancel 2 days before sailing. They inferred that if an upgrade happened 2 days out, you could then cancel the thermal spa. But not a 1 day left. I don't think I have a lot of faith in that answer. Rare BirdTravels Posted December 30, 2018 #5 Share Posted December 30, 2018 If you can’t cancel in advance, it becomes an redundable onboard credit. 2 day cutoff sounds about right,,, that is when all of the advanced reservations are transferred to the ship.
