Rare llarsen Posted January 5, 2019 #1 Share Posted January 5, 2019 Hello, I am researching Day Pass for our day in Antigua, and am confused. I've seen Occidental Grand Pineapple and Pineapple Beach Club both come up in search results and images. Are they different resorts? If so, which is better for a day pass? Interested in nice pool, calm clear water, lunch and bar. We did Jolly Beach Club a few years ago. It was okay. Pool and resort was a little run down, but it was still a nice day. Looking for possibly a nicer experience this time around?

Looking for possibly a nicer experience this time around? You want the Pineapple Resort on Long Bay. We stayed there for a week in 2013 and 14. It has changed the company name but they kept “pineapple”. It is on one of the nicest beaches on the island. The snorkeling from the beach is pretty good as well. It’s far from the port though so the taxi fare will be much higher than to Jolly Beach and you will eat up some of your time as well. That’s all I can offer since it’s been nearly 5 years since our last visit.
Rare llarsen Posted January 29, 2019 Author #3 Share Posted January 29, 2019 Thank you Karysa, I just Googled it and Pineapple Beach Club is on Long Bay, so I think that's the one you stayed at. I requested a day pass! Thanks again!

gamblinmon Posted February 6, 2019 #5 Share Posted February 6, 2019 I stayed there for a week last summer, nice resort but small. Did you look at beachlimerz, this gets great reviews and we're going to check it out. Prices for all inclusive as well as pay as you go.
