Letter from The Captain on Seaside before sailing

DId other cruisers receive an E-mail from the captain on Seaside before sailing

Yes we did. It’s our third time on Seaside and we have not had an email from the Captain before. We sailed in the Yacht Club each time and are black card members.

I received the email as well. I've never sailed MSC before and am not a Voyager Club member so it looks like something that goes out to everyone sailing.

We received one prior to sailing on Preziosa in August 2018. Cute touch.

We received a welcome aboard e.mail from Captain of Seaview for our Med cruise back in October, our 4 th MSC cruise but first time receiving an e.mail.

I thought it was a nice touch receiving it though did realise it was probably sent to all guests for the cruise . 

Princess do something similar, we received one from the  Maitre D , food is more important , 😆.
