Alaska Northbound Denali Landtour Question

I don't know if it makes a difference - - - do you terminate your land tour in Fairbanks ?

The Denali Park accommodations occur in the middle of SB or NB land-tour packages.

That being noted in July 2013 took the SB land-cruise package.

At Denali the accommodations were at what was then McKinley Village about a couple of miles

outside the park entrance:  Google Map for reference LINK:

Denali Village (formerly McKinley) is the pink tag at the lower edge of the image

The other accommodations are at the Park entrance (Alaska RR and airport) location with the blue tag.

For the most part I believe that Princess and Holland-America have a lock on the accommodations at

the Park entrance.

The Denali Village offers a shuttle to the Park entrance where there are more restaurants and activities.
